ETHICOMM was founded by Brian Yuswack, a former Canadian Forces Army Reservist and accomplished entrepreneur with nearly 20 years of experience in telecommunications. Having proudly served 14 years in uniform while building successful businesses in the communications industry, Brian has long envisioned a company that truly prioritizes Canadians — one that creates meaningful Canadian jobs and employs some of the most hardworking and loyal citizens in the country.
Through both Brian and his team's extensive firsthand experience, they have witnessed the systemic challenges that have eroded trust and efficiency within the telecommunications sector — from inefficient processes, offshore customer services, to the widening disconnect between Canadian service providers and the people they serve.
Grounded in the timeless principles of the Canadian Forces — integrity, loyalty, and service to others — he founded ETHICOMM to bring those values back into the heart of modern communication.
